What is Fast Track?

Fast Track means that the job you are applying for allows you to book directly on to an induction day, usually this process would take place after several conversations with a Baxter Personnel consultant, Fast Track allows you to get ahead of the game and book yourself straight in!

What do we mean by an induction?

An induction is usually the very last step before starting work, inductions can vary but a standard example would be a brief interview, a site policy/safety discussion and on occassion a small work trial.

Where are inductions located?

An induction is usually located at the site of the job you are applying for, at the end of your application you will receive all of this information on screen and via email.

How do I proceed?
